Meet Kate

As a Primal Health Coach and mother of two, Kate’s journey into primal health began when she couldn’t shake the constant fatigue that seemed to define her daily life. Refusing to accept that aging meant slowing down and gaining weight, she began questioning the standard health advice she was given. This led her to uncover the flaws in government food recommendations and the questionable ingredients allowed in our food. What she discovered was startling—the advice we’ve been following is the complete opposite of what our bodies truly need to thrive.

A primal lifestyle is about reconnecting with the way we were designed to eat, move, sleep, and live—focusing on whole, natural foods, functional movement, and taking care of ourselves in a way that aligns with our biology. What started as a personal quest to improve her own health quickly turned into a passion for helping others. Today, Kate is committed to empowering individuals to break free from outdated dietary guidelines and embrace a more natural, holistic approach to nutrition and wellness. Through her work, she helps people make informed, intentional choices that foster lasting health and vitality.

Kate is deeply concerned about the outdated health recommendations that have led to a society overwhelmed by chronic illness, obesity, and preventable deaths. These misguided guidelines have steered us away from what our bodies truly need. Kate believes we owe it to our children to give them the truth about health, so they can grow up in a world where they don’t just survive—they thrive.
