Keto Chocolate Mousse

Need a super easy dessert? This chocolate mousse can be whipped up in under five minutes! It is sugar free, low carb, and TASTES AMAZING!!!

Ingredients

2 Cups Cold Heavy Cream

1/2 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

1/2 Cup Monkfruit Sweetener (powdered works best but original works as well)

2 Tsp Vanilla Extract

1/2 Tsp Salt

How you make it

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.

Mix with a hand mixer until light and fluffy.

Serve with keto whipped cream or plain.
